Uhm they did, and then Russia invaded

That’s beside the hilarity of a regime placing tarrifs on everyone (but Russia) talking about free trade and friendly relations (ahem Greenland, Panama, Iran, Venezuela)

“Engage in some sort of cultural exchange.”

There are no words for this level of ignorance and idiocy.

this idiot is somehow redefining physics. for decades physicians didn’t think it would be possible to be denser than a black hole, yet here he is

Russia is engaging in cultural exchange. They brought a lot of “rusky mir” to Ukraine by completely leveling everything to the ground. Its just that no sane person would ever want to live in a rusky mir

Hey thats almost liek before Russia invaded Ukraine started to tortures and dig mass graves…

Maybe America should have done that after Pearl Harbour. Cultural exchanges and also after the attack they should have lifted the ban on exporting oil to Japan.

Hm russia and Ukraine trade drones , missiles , ammonition , well its war … and they trade one ukrainian casualty for 5 russians 👀

And as russia is nearly bankrupt now, this „trade“ works for Ukraine 🇺🇦

    15. FantasticInterest373 on

It was all there, then Russia kicked off it’s ridiculous war. What a fucking a******.

    16. MAJ0RMAJOR on

If the US provided all of the equipment Ukraine requested they’d be able to go back to trading sooner.

Why doesn’t this idiot shut his mouth when he clearly *refuses* to read the intelligence reports he is given each day! I guess the bulging russian manilla envelope means more to him….

    18. Proud_Raise4957 on

That’s what they did until russia invaded

Russia’s the only one to blame for ukraine and russia “killing each other”

    19. ryencool on

He fundamentally does not understand ehats going on over there.

Russia doesn’t want to trade, of they did they would have INVADED A COUNTRY.

They want ot for free. They believe it is already theirs.

    20. Kahzootoh on

The rulers of Russia need to keep Ukrainians poorer and worse off than themselves, because a prosperous Ukraine would cause Russian people to want something different than Putin’s  mafia state.

This is obvious to anyone who has paid even a modicum of attention to all of the Russian paranoia about color revolutions, and Russia’s talk about how closely they feel to Ukraine.

It is crystal clear that the Russian government is terrified of Ukraine becoming prosperous, because Russians themselves don’t think of Ukrainians as foreigners in the same way they look at Germans or other wealthy foreigners.

They can see many things they recognize in their own country when they look at Ukraine- which is why Ukraine obtaining prosperity by connecting with the EU and becoming more westernized is such a threat to a Russian mafia state that relies on isolation from anything resembling rule of law or transparency in government to maintain its authoritarian power.

The Russian state doesn’t want to trade or become more prosperous, it wants to stay in power.

Dipshit acts like he’s on a podcast at all times. Zero substance, only sound bites designed to further his political ambitions. A hollow yet dangerous ghoul

Because Putin (amongst many others) has a lot of personal leverage on your dementing, felon boss, Russian asset Krasnov, and therefore forcing him to help Putin out getting Ukraine back into a USSR situation.
