Sarebbe stato positivo se ci fosse una clausola che permettesse alle aziende di pubblicare i nomi degli strumenti di intelligenza artificiale utilizzati quando si prendono decisioni di assunzione/licenziamento, in modo simile a come viene pubblicato un elenco di strumenti di marketing per conformarsi alle leggi sui cookie
