13.. generation is finished..she probably wasn’t the best positioned to be mentally stable in the future but this will inevitably end her chances of a normal life..how at 13 do you do this?

I grew up just around the corner from where this happened, it’s not the nicest part of town but it’s still awful that this has happened.
10-15 years ago, only 13 year old boys were murdering people.
Now we can see that glass ceiling is well and truly smashed.
