It is nice to see some lighter news every once in a while.

Such a relief having a boring prime minister again

      >While reading with pupils, one child pointed out they were on page 67. Starmer instinctively made the hand gesture linked to the internet trend, prompting several children to join in. The classroom burst into laughter before a teacher jokingly told the prime minister off

      Very wholesome.

Idk why everyone hates on the meme. Like you didn’t have stupid shit you laughed at when you were kids

I actually think this is a pleasantly humanizing moment for a Prime Minister who often comes across as a bit stiff.

Difference between milquetoast liberals/institutionalists and populists the former have dignity and apologizes while populists usually NEVER apologizes.

Have you ever seen Trump or Farage apologizing for something? Luckily there are still normal old-fashioned politicians.

Apologizing was dumb. Got to meet people where they are. Right now for kids that is it.

    8. So, those children now think he’s really cool. To a degree, that wins me over.

    9. It is nice to see a prime minister with a sense of what is going on.

Im sure the teachers find it annoying but this dumb kinda stuff would have me dying of laughter as a kid.

    11. Boomers trying to play into GenAlpha brainrot will never not be cringe. Especially when they’re leaders of leading nuclear world powers supposed to be taken seriously
