There was already the precedents of US intentionally delaying supplies of such weapons to Ukraine before and going back on their own promises of weapons deliveries that were already paid for.

I honestly think Ukraine and EU should outright reject this deal. EU should take concrete steps to protect Ukraine. Protecting Ukraine means protecting EU.
I’m not sure how is Ukraine holding up but Russia would not come to the negotiating table if it was winning.
I think that infrastructure attacks are swaying the victory tn the Ukrainian side. Putin will face an insurrection soon. Russian people will stand up to his regime, not because it’s the right thing to do, but because Ukraine took the war to them and they’re feeling the pain of the war first-hand.
