Proprio come ho detto, avevano 2 elenchi.

Fair play, great to see people do more than just moaning on reddit. A FOI request is great.
Send that to a journalist. Easy newspaper article for them.
Total racket, they just want to cut down labour costs and pay employees as low as possible.
My friend who use to work there talked about these measures.
It appears it’s misleading so when they say the wait times are falling and falling, if the wait times for retests are getting higher. Manipulating the figures by pushing back the retests.
did you post something identical yesterday ?
Great work for going to this effort.
There’s been long waiting lists since the 00’s.
They still haven’t released the crash data on our roads for years too.
But keep at them about this and as someone else said, contact a journalist.
I was on the phone to them a few years ago as the original wait time of 6 months had passed and was now getting told its another 8 months wait based on my position in the queue. Said I understand there are backlogs but I asked if they could check if everything was OK with the application as I’d clearly gone backwards in the queue!
Was given a similar canned response that completely glossed over how ridiculous it was for there to be _negative_ progress after 6 months and insisted it was an accurate estimate and I should keep checking. Had me infuriated that they couldn’t just acknowledge it was either just an error in the estimator or at least weird.
Now I understand why… probably made to parrot the same paragraph regardless of the circumstances.
