Just gather volunteers from every EU country and guide them on how to join the Ukrainian foreign legion. That’s how you fight Russia without escalation.

That’ll teach them not to try to bring down airliners or poison water supplies! 💪

Start by stopping all visas for Russians. Extradite current Russians from Europe. You can take a Russian out of Russia but you can never take Russia out of a Russian.

Not Europe, just the UK and France. They’re pushing to continue the war.

Why is it unthinkable? There is fine line with the scope and force of retaliation. But I would say that not doing anything against Russian activities is unthinkable.

This is not how covert operations work. You’re supposed to keep quiet about them and deny any involvement after the fact.

Why is it unthinkable? It’s been clear since day 1 that’s what we need to do, what exactly is holding us back?

Russian bots have been storming all social media sites and manipulating public opinion, we have evidence from multiple countries that they interfere in elections, they sabotage our infrastructure, they deliberately invade our countries to check response times, we’ve been at war for years now,

And not just since the invasion of Ukraine, the entire reason EU does air policing is because of Russia. We need to start fighting back already, are we waiting for them to dismantle our democracies?

    9. And this “retaliation” would per the article just be cyberwarfare and military drills. Huge nothing burger, as always.

What we need is NATO jets carrying out missions over Ukraine, and I don’t just mean in defensive nature.
