      She hit a wheelchair-user in the head with a brick and fractured his cheek. The judge sentencing her told her that there was no mitigation for her actions and… handed her a 15 month suspended sentence??

      How can a repeat offender throw a brick at a disabled person and avoid prison?

      I’m still of the belief that giving heavy sentences to repeat petty offenders would massive improve society. Maybe it doesn’t have to be traditional prison, but more a well not sure what isn’t a questionable term. A flat in a fenced in complex.

      Ask any patrol officer if they could lock up 10 people for 15 years who would they pick, you’ll get the same few names popping up in each town.

      83 convictions from 143 offences isa staggering lack of fucks given to society and beyond rehabilitation. The key should have been thrown away a long time ago.

      IPP sentences need to be reinstated to keep decent folk safe and spare the criminal justice system the repeated expense of dealing with the same individuals.

      Hear me out.

      If you get found guilty 50 times, you get hard labour for life. Automatically. Doesn’t matter if you stole a lipstick 50 times, you’re turning big rocks into small rocks for 50 years.

      I know it sounds harsh, but all you have to do to avoid this fate is not be a purely malevolent and entropic entity.
