Well….I would say: That was a SUCCESSFUL launch….ground target hit perfectly!

No way they have functional nuclear weapons any more.
To be fair, it is very challenging to run successful ballistic missile programs (when most of the budget is being siphoned off due to corruption).
Its a shame that citizens living near silos will have no warning when they are about to be bombed by their own government, but they probably voted for the man who pressed the launch button.
Didn’t they send their nuke techs to the trenches?
It surely wasn’t nuclear as there was no bright flash. Still great to see them shooting themselves in the foot
