Well then.
What a sad story. Seems like she’s mentally unwell and hyperfocuses on things. I read something similar recently about a man with schizophrenia who had a similar issue regarding a job, he kept going back to the place after being knocked back, not realising how he was coming off, and one of the women there felt in danger even though he never personally sought her out (she started hiding in the toilets in fear).
Kept going back even after warnings, was then locked up and spent a year in prison.
A story that seems to be a combo of “no good deed goes unpunished” and “there are some proper nutters out there”.
