This could be a real game changer for this country, as long as Labour can stick to their guns and push it through. Decades of growth, cheaper house and rent prices, increased productivity.
Don’t matter where they build , people can’t afford to buy
Problem is it’s green belt land and the locals don’t want you building there.
Most stations on the London Underground (tube) network already have housing (or other buildings) next to them. It seems like a desirable thing.
