How can NATO ‘hit ruzzia first’ after russian drones and fighters regularly violating NATO borders, and russian saboteur groups blow the railways in Poland and prepare attacks on military industry in Germany?

Proportional response to the past ten years plus of undermining NATO democracies is not ‘hitting first’.
The west must neutralise the rampant disinformation somehow, and urgently seek to neutralise electronic warfare conducted out of Kaliningrad, – also stop pussyfooting around with arming Ukraine.
