CFR isn’t known for their website reliability. Maybe try a bit latter or go directly buy a physical ticket at the north station in Bucharest, I bet it will be faster
Those dropdowns are slow on mobile. Try switching to the desktop version or wait a little longer.
There is only one train per day at 19:10, but the total travel time is almost 14 hours. I honestly recommend taking a bus instead….you can book some of them online (Galtrans, for example).
You can also travel this route with Flixbus, they have 7-8 buses per day and it takes around 9 hrs
