Strange, he’s a teen in the title and a man in the article.
I’m trying to get my head around this, he exited the ambulance? And how did an off duty officer try to help in-between the exiting of the ambulance and the lad being hit
Very little context in the article but regardless this is tragic, a split second decision / mistake while you’re not in the right frame of mind and your life is over just like that. Very sad, my thoughts are with the family.
I live around the area where it happened. The traffic this morning was crazy, but it’s understandable that the motorway had to be closed. it’s not exactly clear what happened here… He just ‘exited’ the ambulance and wandered around the motorway until he was hit? I’m guessing he was in some delirious state?
Pretty mental that the only person being investigated in this situation is the off duty officer trying to help.
Got our American piece of news pretty late today 9 o clock is getting dangerous.
