Had been under suspicion since 2018, he is/was the HR director at the French Cultural Ministry.
Absolutely horrifying. Power + access + lack of oversight = disaster. How did this go on for years? Basic safeguards, never solo interviews, chaperones, cameras, should be standard. Victims need support, and accountability up the chain.
Honestly, it sounds awful.
