Context: Not long ago, the education minister from Hlas, Drucker was loudly insisting that Hlas MPs would no longer be treated as “rags” within Fico’s coalition. Yet despite that, yesterday the parliamentary session to dismiss Transport Minister Ráž from Smer was not opened, because of Hlas too. In response, opposition MP hung rags on their seats as a form of protest. The opposition has been trying for a long time to convene sessions to vote no confidence in several ministers, but the coalition has been blocking them for months by refusing to open the sessions.
