Così mi sono procurato questo appartamento degli anni ’90 ed è in ottime condizioni, solo nelle pareti del bagno ci sono dei buchi dopo precedenti perforazioni. Non ho intenzione di usarli e ho già rimosso i tasselli, ma la mia domanda è: quale sarebbe il prodotto migliore per riempirli? Mi hanno detto che il silicone non è l’ideale, sto curiosando tra i prodotti bilatema e motonet, ma non mi è così facile trovare stucchi premiscelati grigi in tubetto… apprezzerò i vostri suggerimenti! I would ask in the local Värisilmä or K-Rauta for suggestions. You might end up with Tikkurila Presto Pikasilote.
But when it comes to wet room renovations, don’t trust the Internet but rather check from a good hardware store.
call the building maintenance company.
Personally I would take those pics, and send them to the landlord, and ask them whether they’d send a professional to plug them. I’d leave out the part where you removed the dowels yourself, just in case.
You can’t buy premade stuff here (no reason why). Kiilto sell smallish tubs of powders, you can mix a small bit in a clean plastic tub. I used a chop stick and good muscle power 🤣
What ever you do, do make sure they get taken care of, these holes go through the waterproofing layer and can cause issues. Silicone for wet rooms is usually the recommended approach, it doesn’t look pretty but works to keep the mold away. Other option is to use acrylic sealant.
If you not comfortable doing this please call the maintenance company to come and fix it.
