      From the link –

The attack on Sergei and Yulia Skripal was “expected to stand as a public demonstration of Russian power”, Lord Hughes concludes.

Dawn Sturgess’ death was therefore collateral damage in a plot which “amounted to a public statement, both for international and domestic consumption, that Russia will act decisively in what it regards are its own interests”, he says.

Everyone involved in the attempt to assassinate the Skripals – including Putin who authorised the attack “at the highest level”- was “morally responsible” for Ms Sturgess’ death, the report concludes.

Hopefully we’ll do something concrete now about the use of a chemical weapon by russia in the UK.

I hope that the right wing Reform apologists in the UK and the Quisling Trump thinks about Dawn and her terrible death.!!

    3. More than morally. Politically, legally , in every possible way responsible.

… that seems a few million quid well-spent to confirm pretty much exactly what we already knew…

I’m sure Putin is all broken up about it.

I would ask why the UK government didn’t have a stronger reaction to a chemical weapon attack on its territory but I am pretty sure I know the answer already.

How people can support this murderer is beyond me.
