Trump’s rep somehow broke free and voted for the return, I would have expected an against vote or at least an abstain. Trump is such a humanitarian that he daily weeps for the lost russian soldiers. Quite the opposite of putin but who on earth thinks he really cries at all. His policies make the free world want to cry.
