Telegram looks suspicious in this context. These neo-Nazis violate Telegram’s ToS. The Russian opposition does not.
I remember while they were in Syria posting a pic holding a head of a Syrian. The head was also without scalp and in the background there was another head.

They should make a public database as they did for IDF soldier who filmed themself so we can recognise them on socials or when they travel for vacation.
