According to local Russian media, Witkoff and Kushner sampled posikunchiki and mushroom-filled ushki
So Russians gave them “posikunchiki”
In Russian “sikunchiki” “Sikun” is a colloquial and rude word derived from “ссыкун”, which can denote a person who urinates often, or, figuratively speaking, a coward.

They already have no shame so they won’t see it as humiliating

I remember John Oliver telling a story how one of Kushner’s teachers (?) described Kushner as a person whose head is unencumbered with thoughts.

One of Putin’s favourite diplomatic games is having people wait for him. It’s a form of power play, to let them know they’re beneath him until he dignifies you with his time. Witkoff licks Putin’s boots, and other parts, at every turn but by the looks of it, the master cares little for the dog’s obedience.
Just goes to show how Putin really thinks of the US. Too bad Witkoff and Kushner are both to stupid and diplomatically inept to understand this, or even bother to read up on it.

It depends. A humiliation for US interests and foreign policy? Definitely – but this is not the reason why they are in Moscow. Their goal is to get better bribes from Putin. All Trump and his administration want is to funnel as much money as possible into their own pockets, while throwing everything and everyone (including the American people) under the bus.
I mean he’s 79, he has a religious devotion, he’s in his second term in office (though he might not leave in 29), the judiciary is unwilling and unable to prosecute him, he damn well knows he’s above the law and abuses his power as much as possible.

I feel this is more of a sensation article, nothing out of the ordinary here. Putin usually makes delegations wait. They were treated as well as anyone would expect.

I don’t know. I mean, maybe if Europe actually grew a pair and stepped up to the table instead of sending strongly worded letters over how many years has it been now? Then maybe there’d be an end on sight.

Well, the fact that they were served a dish “posikunchiki” whose name sounds like the word “ссыкун” – which can be translated as “pissbaby” is certainly interesting(They are like fried dumplings or something similar to chebureks. That is, they could have been called something else, because they are found in Russian cuisine under other names!). But what I liked most was how Assistant to the President of Russia for Foreign Policy Yuri Ushakov referred to Trump’s representatives not by name but as “these people” which sounds extremely contemptuous in Russian. That is, the situation was as follows: the king was sitting in his palace when “these people” came to him to eat his posikunchiki. Due to their incompetence, Witkoff and Kushner don’t even realize that they are being humiliated. I wouldn’t be surprised if Pootin personally put his dick in their posikunchiki to make it taste better. In Russia, with their criminal jokes, they love to do that.
