Il Regno Unito sta guidando uno sforzo internazionale per sbloccare circa 10 miliardi di dollari di fondi russi congelati detenuti in Gran Bretagna e fino a 125 miliardi di dollari a livello globale per sostenere lo sforzo bellico e le esigenze di ricostruzione dell’Ucraina fino al 2027.
