  1. “Sorry, best we can do is try to ban you from existence again” – Keir Starmer

“I got mine, that’s all that matters” – Wes Streeting

  2. “Minister for Equalities Olivia Bailey said [….] “That is why this government is committed to bringing forward a full, trans-inclusive ban on conversion practices, as set out in our King’s Speech.”

“**All people deserve to live freely and without fear, shame or discrimination**, and as a member of the LGBT+ community myself, I will work tirelessly to ensure that is the case.”

[Despite ](https://www.theguardian.com/world/2025/may/12/labours-delay-on-conversion-practices-ban-is-dangerous-campaigners-say)purposefully delaying a trans-inclusive conversion therapy ban, and promoting a culture that pushes towards detransition (in the way of acceptable harassment, legalised harassment and a frothing media-scape), meeting with transphobes as authorities on trans issues and removing access to medication. It’s conversion therapy without the nasty aesthetics.

    Labour feels so incredibly ghoulish.
