  1. How convenient you suddenly want one now. I think they are all lying. Legit.

Farage should tell any media journalist to do one if they ask about this BS smear going forward. It honestly so pathetic I never seen such desperation to attack a leading politician in our country. Even more than when they went after Boris for BS.

The voters will decide and my vote is LOCKED IN!

A starting point for what though?

David Mitchell did a very interesting piece on the “asking for an apology” trend, but this seems to be someone trying to set themselves up to play victim indefinitely over something that they should’ve got over decades ago.

If Mr Farage had done this a week ago, this would have gone away. He could have blamed stupidly copying some of the tv programmes of that era, said he has grown up, and apologised for offence caused.

Instead he doubles down and it rumbles on.

An apology might alienate the all important racist vote.

    He can’t apologise.

Apology = acknowledging being a racist.

    Appeal = predicated on racism.

Apologise and be damned (by own fan base).
Don’t apologise and just continue being a massive, problem-causing twat.

Given his history I suspect he will opt for the second option.

*edited for spelling coz apparently my phone knows better than me 🙂

Why not just apologize then move on….then again it’s getting him prime screentime and he is somehow playing the victim card.

I am surprised no one tried to slap him all those years ago.  Farage condemns Tommy Robinson who has no history of racist comments.

  8. I don’t like Farage, but if we’re having to wheel out schoolmates to recount a racist song he sang 40+ years ago as a child to prove he’s racist then it just looks desperate.

The fact that they’ve had to latch on to something this far back actually tells me he might not be as outwardly racist as I thought he was

The timing of all these revelations is certainly convenient for the government.

Media’s just doing a blatant campaign slander job, same thing it did to Corbyn a few years ago.
