First, good on you on your Bulgarian – second, also interested. Closest I got was the instant Pho Noodles at the Just Asia store in the Ring Mall. Would love some real Pho in Sofia, if anyone has a reference.
Sofia likely has quite a few Vietnamese restaurants that have pho.
Which city? I’ve only seen and had Phở in Sofia while in Bulgaria ([Chef Viet](https://maps.app.goo.gl/82sbQn5mHxb4H67T6) was decent). I’m based in Varna and the nearest Phở is in Bucharest, which is quite the hike and obviously *NOT* in Bulgaria.
