Surprise, surprise. No, not really. Putin **dic(k)**tates the TACO-Don… and that’s exactly what he’s doing with Ukraine. Why this detour? Moscow could simply hand it over in Pokrovsk or somewhere else where dirty RuZZians are killing innocent Ukrainians. So a transatlantic flight to read it there in the US(S)A is not necessary… no.
