That is excellent. I have to imagine that the other 30% have issues with pipes or whatever for loading and unloading the fuel.

Is this a large port? I’m not finding much about info it, only news about the attack.
Edit: Found info suggesting the port handles about 220,000 tons of LPG/yr, and that Russia sells about 2.5m tons/yr. So this port could represent like 8.8% of LPG sales?
And it looks like LPG is very roughly 15% of their petro sales? Does that all sound about right? If so that’s like 1.3% or so of their total petroleum revenue taken out with one hit?
