*From Bloomberg News reporter Sanne Wass:*

A Danish intelligence agency has for the first time described the US as a potential security risk, signaling a shift in the Nordic country’s view of its close ally amid geopolitical frictions over Greenland.

The Danish Defense Intelligence Service — one of the two key espionage agencies in the Nordic nation — said the US is increasingly prioritizing its own interests and “now using its economic and technological strength as a tool of power, also toward allies and partners,” according to its 2025 intelligence outlook [published](https://www.fe-ddis.dk/globalassets/fe/dokumenter/2025/-udsyn-25-.pdf) Wednesday.

Now? Didn’t the US threaten to take Greenland a while ago already? I think it’s a little weird that the DDIS didn’t take that seriously.

Does that mean they’ll stop spying on Europe for them?

Trust us, the sane part of the United States also views the Trump administration as a domestic security concern (hence why many governors are signing laws curtailing what federal law enforcement agencies can do within their states).

After they shared every European secret with them and spied on Merkel. Really unfortunate, at least they didn’t betray their allies for…..oh

Yea, kind of a sound thing to do when the other party is openly talking about annexing your territory.

  7. Trump has threatened to take Greenland by force, and it’s only a concern?

Also, why we keep buying American weapons is just baffling to me.
