Quattordici cause avviate contro la verifica da parte dello Stato del superamento dell’età dei richiedenti protezione internazionale

The child protection agency makes no effort to ensure the safety of children. Outcome, child murdered in one of its facilities by a man purporting to be an unaccompanied minor.

Apparently the state is confused as to who is responsible for ensuring adult males are not allowed access to children’s spaces. Perhaps Tusla the child protection agency, in collaboration with the Garda and the Department of Children, Disability and Equality should make some effort if they are not too busy. They are all about the safe spaces for micro aggressions but completely overlook actual safety.

Perhaps it should be a priority to keep actual unvetted men out of children’s safe spaces.
They can continue to be incompetent wasting public money but it’s a different story when they are costing children their lives and their innocence.

The Department of Justice and its International Protection Office needs to get off its arse right now and do its fucking job..

Falsely declaring yourself to be a minor to deceive authorities and gain advantage should be an instant deportation. Nothing good is ever going to come out of that.

This is an outrageous and unacceptable set of circumstances. The death toll and damage inflicted on the community by incompetent government officials continues to mount.
