Its pretty much saying shame on you but in child friendly way
Wordplay, “shame” and “owl” together
Its a play on words. Pelėda means owl, which rhymes with gėda, which is shame. So it’s basically “shame on you but” on an owl because.. it’s funny and it makes sense !
