Ricordo che quando ero più giovane andavo dal farmacista quando ricevevo la mia paghetta e compravo questi ragazzacci e li mangiavo come se niente fosse, realizzando anni dopo che dovevano essere diluiti in acqua e dal punto di vista medico non ero un diabetico

I never knew they were meant to be diluted!
My diabetic Da kept these in the car. I tried them once or twice but I remembering thinking they were rank. They were meant to be sucked and dissolved in the mouth; not diluted with water.
Can confirm as a type 1 diabetic , we’re not diluting them either if they are meant to be 😂 Popping 4/5 in a row when in low blood sugar 😅
