My guess is a Christmas Greetings card. But I might be wrong.
You forgot to pay a speeding ticket. This is the reminder.
The third unpaid fine within a year gets you an interview with the police. Just pay them and you will be fine.
Pretty sure it means you’ll spend Christmas in prison.
