      Yes, but, but… he proposes LEGAL obligation to defend Ukraine instead! Why wouldn’t anyone trust LEGAL obligations by the US government?

      to never recognize the “illegal” annexation of Crimea…any portion of Ukrainian territory “through the use of military force.”
