      RTE won’t bite the hand that feeds them,

      Needs to be quizzed on why he felt it was appropriate to go on the six-one news back in October and lie, stating that he did not know about the tenant issue until it was reported (and speculated that during the robust due diligence that was carried out, Jim Gavin either didn’t think it was important enough to mention or didn’t recall the issue at all)

      No shit. The second he didn’t deny that a few days ago when asked, that was super obvious.

      They knew, and didn’t care, cause they can’t give less of a fuck about that sort of power dynamic abuse. To be blunt, whatever Gavin did pails in comparison to what this government has continually done to tennants and people who can’t afford homes. How could MM have been a hypocrite and said it would be a red line for his bid, when they did 100 times worse themselves daily?

      Of course he knew. The tenant business was very handy, both for Gavin and FF. It gave him a convenient reason to abandon his campaign when it became clear that he hadn’t a chance in hell

      Watch him tarnish his legacy by clinging on for dear life before inevitably resigning not due to an admission.of wrongdoing but “so as to not be a distraction.”

      Is it a legal requirement for our Taoiseach to be as milquetoast as possible? Quick little challenge: Name the last good Taoiseach this country had. I hated Leo, but Harris and Mehole somehow make me miss him.
