Great to see the positive planning decision come through on this. Credit to DCC and Tuath for attempting to utilise the land which is ripe for development. Hopefully ACP uphold the permission in the face of the stated desire by some to appeal.
A flavour of the observations that were submitted against the development are noted in the article, majority are absolutely laughable and the observations from the local elected officials showcases once again which parties are anti-development.

How has the re-development of Ballymun gone? Are the same number of people housed in the area as before the redevelopment started in the early 2000s? Seems like it makes less headlines these days, which is a good thing.
