They suck balls, the albanian league is one of the worst leagues in Europe. There is corruption, lack of funding, intimidation to the referees. Lack of money is the main reason. Lots of players can’t even afford a normal standard of life with the wages that they get from their respective clubs.
The level of corruption and stupidity in our football is through the roof, both the FA and thr club’s presidents.
The government hasn’t passed any law to help sports teams get sponsors.
The FA just boasts about the national team all day.
The presidents are so stubborn and ignorant they change 20 players every transfer market. When my hometown team qualified to UEL group stage, half of our team played together for more than 5 years, they knew each other’s playstyle. You can’t expect things to click if you change the coach every 3 months and half the team every 6 months.
1) Match fixing
2) Every Albanian team buying a billion Africans instead of developing local talent
3) Mismanagement- many top flight clubs still have issues with paying players on time
