      Is there even a window in this shed? I’m pretty sure it’s illegal to rent a room without a window that is at least 1/20th the floor area in size.

      Don’t get me wrong, it’s sad people are struggling to find an affordable, but decent apartment, not to say buy one.

      And then again (almost) everyone is struggling in this economy, even the landlords. I wouldn’t imagine this guy as wealthy. Greedy? How am I supposed to know?

      but yea, by most european studio apartment standards , you usually get more space in the center of the room, they are in the city center and in centrally heated building complex, not a cold shed, paying 500e-800e for them, not 900e
