Sto cercando di restare in contatto con la cultura finlandese finché non avrò l’opportunità di tornare nel vostro paese (ho trascorso un semestre in Finlandia l’anno scorso e mi è piaciuto moltissimo), e realizzare joulutorttut a dicembre faceva parte del piano per farlo. Ero piuttosto felice per loro ed è stato commovente mangiarne di nuovo un po’, quindi volevo condividere questa foto con voi ragazzi.
Avevo dimenticato lo zucchero a velo, ma erano comunque gustosi. Fatto con marmellata di prugne. Sarò felice di migliorare la mia ricetta la prossima volta (e non dimenticare lo zucchero a velo)!

Next time maybe take them out of the oven a bit earlier, I think they are a little too brown!
Icing sugar is more of a voluntary option, my family never used any because we’re lazy 😂 Yours look good as they are!
