I’ve been under the impression that Ukraine’s partners have strings attached to aid that restrict attacking oil extraction, though have given them the go ahead to raze refineries.

Seems like we are starting to see more of the raw petroleum infrastructure getting attacked , at least offshore extraction and the shadowfleet oil tankers. I feel like I still haven’t seen news of a land based oil field getting lit up (Santa…if you’re listening….).

Can anyone with greater knowledge of this speak to a shift in targeting?
