They’d be stupid not to try. But there are so many of the things in orbit, it would be an uphill battle at a time when Russia’s resources are needed elsewhere.
Musk probably giving them instruction on how to hit them. Sounds crazy until you consider the fact that he is who he is.
Shooting more space debris in LEO will damage more than starlink sats.
