“An Afghan asylum seeker who raped a teenage girl in a park has been jailed for nine years.
Rapualla Ahmadze – who claimed he was an escaped prisoner of the Taliban – attacked the 17-year-old in Cooper Park in Elgin, Moray, in August last year.
Ahmadze – who is believed to be 21 – had denied rape, claiming that sex was consensual but was previously found guilty.
The defence counsel said a custodial sentence was inevitable but added: “He faces deportation to a country where his life will be at risk.”
Why does the financial and social burden of addressing issues within specific segments of the migrant population always fall on British taxpayers?

>he faces deportation to a country where his life would be at risk
I mean, who cares? And why is it now our responsibility to protect him?

As far as I’m concerned if you are found guilty of committing a serious crime that is violent or/and sexual in nature then your visa / asylum application should be instantly cancelled and then deported.
No appeal, no “My life is danger”, “My kids need me” etc.. straight onto the next plane back to your country of origin.
If you cared that much about your own safety, your family etc then you wouldn’t have committed such a serious crime to begin with.

His life is at risk if he is deported? And he couldn’t remember his own age or birthday?
We really are having the piss taken out of us, eh?
