8.6. Solid plate, no burning. Nice thick gravy, but not like brown sauce. Cocktail sausage is wtf but it’s Xmas and if you want it have it. Carrots are an aesthetic win.

Carrots and gravy looks pretty good. Roasties look underdone though and the ratio of them to mash is way too low for me. I’d take half the mash and twice the Roasties, fluffed up properly and roasted 15 mins more.
Also wtf are the cocktail sausages? 4/10.
Its disgraceful this is the fourth plate I’ve seen all day, but the first to have non watery pish as gravy. GGs
