      Short sighted. Then again, if we’re really lucky the US will just pull out of NATO and we can just inherit all the structures making it, essentially, a European alliance

      While i don’t like it i understand that if you break away now you push the usa to russia and china give that orange turd propaganda material.

      I just hope they have some plan to break away in the future

      This is prudent for the medium and short term , but as somebody who lobbies in the US, I assure you the country is forever done being a republic even when Trump is gone. He is just a symptom of the diseases of willful ignorance and mass legalized corruption that are proven republic killers. It gets worse nearly every year and is virtually never mitigated by anything so hope for the future is for dopes as to the US.

      It’s crazy how Putin managed to put a Russian asset as president of the US. Many European countries will likely follow because literally nothing is being done to prevent it.
