Ffs spared a prison sentence! Maybe we could actually spend the money needed and lock people like this away for decades so the can’t cause further harm.

It always starts with animals, then they move to bigger prey, this needed a much larger sentence to keep potential victims safe (I know we can’t arrest for crimes not committed already, but you know what I mean)
