Unfortunately I think that this is in that grey area where it isn’t so blatantly obvious (like for example [the one posted by the Brighton chapter of Reform for Halloween](https://standuptoracism.org.uk/yet-more-racism-and-anti-semitism-from-reform-uk-in-brighton-and-hove/)) and the DM can claim plausible deniability. At best Polanski will receive a “sorry you got offended” response
