Not like Putin is going to accept any peace deal, so doesnt really matter. This just looks like theater to me.
There should be no limit on Troops. This just invites the Kremlin at inventing another story about Ukraine having too many troops justifying another invasion.
What’s the limitation on Russia’s military?

Will they be allowed to have a reserves system like the national guard in the US? So if there is a mobilization it’s up and going quicker?
