Last time I flew to kosovo in Winter there were 99% kosovars on that plane and at the airport and everywhere apart from soldiers and few workers. I am pretty sure those were kosovarians and not austrians. Given the pollution in Kosovo its way more usual to throw garbage on the street than here. There was trash lying around a lot.

I am from Austria and i would never in a 100 years do that.

I also once travelled through all of italy in 4 weeks and the italians are known for not having enough trash bins, so we just took our garbage with us all the time. We also took some of the garbage with is on our way back to austria and threw it away in our trash bins at home.
