      Thank God it was her own dog and not an innocent person.

      No normal person would want a tiger or a hyena as a pet. In my view these dogs are no different.

      It’s not enough to focus on XL bullies. Every pit bull breed needs to be banned. At the very least, could we please enforce muzzle and leash rules?

      I can just imagine the facebook and tiktok comments right now, she must have been a bad owner not able to train or control her dog properly etc. etc.

      Its always the owners fault, never dogs ffs.

      Does the owner blame themselves when it’s their own dog that attacks them?

      As a dog owner, it bewilders me why people get these breeds at all… I cant remember the last time we have read the same title but a different dog breed… Is it not complete stupidity? “Lets get a dog that is noutourious for attacking other dogs, children and adults….” It makes zero sense, so the only conclusion is owning a dog like this for the status.

      We’ll soon hear cries of ” it’s not the breed it’s the owners” from dog charities.
      And chihuahuas are more likely to bite you….
      Ignoring the fact that it’s these restricted breeds that kill and seriously injure people, not chihuahuas.
