MTV was brilliant in the 90s and early 00s. It went off the boil when it started to show nothing but reality TV shite!
The phrase is used a lot but this is one of those occasions where it’s actually true. The end of an era!
MTV2 playing a lot of heavier music was instrumental to me finding my own music tastes as a teen, it’s sad to see it go
