  1. I didn’t think we were until starmer denied it.

    Now I am wondering

  2. Asked if he condemned the US action, as a number of other UK politicians have, he told reporters he wanted to “establish facts” and speak to Trump first so that he could “tell him what to say and what he should think about the situation”.

It was not a strike. It was a special military operation.

When will Starmer learn the proper language?

USA back in their “World Police” phase and Starmer is bricking it.

I wonder why Trump hasn’t taken the same actions against Mexico, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru or Bolivia which all have far bigger Narcotics impact than Venezuela ever has.

Britains likely relieved, Venezuela have been posting against our commonwealth partner there and we even sent a ship to try and dissuade them.

How could they be? They completed their mission faster than the uk could have even helped.

Took like 3 hours to get their president. Unreal

Good, this conflict is one the UK definitely does not need to get involved in.

Starmer’s puckering up to kiss Trump’s arse as we speak….

What are the chances Trump sides with Argentina over the Falklands? especially if oil is involved

Trump is a disgrace, this attack cannot be justified in any way, FFS Trump pardoned a drug dealer days before

  11. Currently we are doing the calculations that most countries are.
Do we call this out for what it actually is, at the risk of billions in tarrifs and sanctions.

Or do we say whatever daddy warbucks wants to hear so he will leave us alone for a bit longer .

Human nature dictates which one we will depressingly do.

From what i can tell, the Venezuelans are celebrating the capture of Maduro.

i mean they probably don’t realise yet their worlds largest oil reserve is about to be taken by the US.

Why is everyone ripping into Starmer for simply saying the uk wasn’t involved. Jesus… Redditors will never be satisfied with anything.

Hoepfully trump takes starmer from us and puts out of our misery

“We were not involved in any way!”

Translation – “we were involved, we just don’t want anyone to know that we were”

End of the day it’s one less dictator in power and there seems to be a LARGE amount of Venezuelans cheering about it.

The citizens of the country are happy this happened.

Starmers response is level- the US is an ally albeit trump is trying to ruin that but they still are our closest ally.

It’s crazy people going into the Venezuela sub trying to tell them this is wrong yet they are all celebrating

    Reddit is on melt down

Seeing as the US were flying helicopters unopposed I’m guessing the military and maybe elements of Maduro’s government did a deal, hand him over and they get to stay in power. For the people of Venezuela I’m afraid its going to be a case of say hello to the new boss, same as the old. Except the profits of their oil industry will now be plundered by the US instead of their own corrupt officials.
